Since joining from Budleigh a year ago the doctor's at rolle are great and friendly and they are very helpful. The staff on the reception are kind and friendly. Keep up the good work.
Firstly, when you phone Rolle you speak to pleasant & helpful people ... I have never had any problems getting an appointment and sometimes they may suggest that a doctor rings you back for a phone consultation which has proved very useful & often avoids an unnecessary trip to the health centre ... the doctors and nurses are very professional & kind... I have been a patient at Rolle for many, many years... Dr Price was my doctor for 29 years until he retired, he was brilliant and although I was sorry to see him go, new younger doctors came and I soon found that they were brilliant too...!

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and efficiency that was shown to me on a recent visit to Claremont surgery. I first went to casualty and after a very short wait got to see a very experienced nurse by the name of Lisa who recognised my problem straight away and after a few short tests refered me to the doctors surgery and made me an appointment immediately. I went across the road and booked in and got to see my own doctor, DR Douglas within half an hour. He also recognised the problem straight away and gave me a course of tablets and explained that if the symptoms got any worse to go straight back. He also said that as I'm not a regular visitor to the practice it might be a good idea to do some routine tests and if I booked in at the desk they would make an appointment to have some bloods taken. Once again I was impressed with the efficeincy of Claremont as I was offered an appointment there and then. EXCELLENT SERVICE. As if that visit didn't excell in every way it got better. My symptoms did deteriorate over the next 24 hours and I had to phone again to make an appointment to see my doctor. It was explained to me that my doctor wasn't in but I could see another doctor. I asked if I could speak to a doctor as it might save time on an appointment. The receptionist managed to put me through to a Dr Forrer. I explained my symptoms to him and he said that he did need to see me and could I come straight up. To my astonishment when I got there the practice was closed for lunch but the receptionist was still there. She called through to Dr Forrer who came out to see me on his LUNCH HOUR, took one look and made an appointment for me to tend the rd&e. This I believe is over and above what any of the staff have to do and I just want everyone to know what an EXCELLENT service I received .
